Our representative will pick you up in Kigali and drive you to Bwindi forest via the Kyanika Rwanda-Uganda border. The scenic journey takes approximately 4-5 hours, leading you to Rishaga, the southern sector of Bwindi National Park, where you’ll spend the night.
Day 2: Mountain Gorilla Trekking at Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
The highlight of your 3-day adventure awaits as you embark on a thrilling mountain gorilla trek in Bwindi National Park. Early in the morning, you’ll set out to encounter these majestic creatures in their natural habitat. Day 3: Transfer from Bwindi to Mgahinga Gorilla National Park
Golden Monkey Trekking and Return to Kigali
Early morning departure from Bwindi leads you to Mgahinga Gorilla National Park, a scenic 2-hour drive. Here, you’ll embark on a golden monkey trekking safari, delving into the jungles of Mgahinga, adorned with bamboo and diverse indigenous flora. Accompanied by your national park guide, you’ll learn about the park’s rich history and its unique biodiversity. The trek typically lasts around 5 hours.
