Day 2: Mabamba Island & the Quest for Shoebills

Embark on an early transfer with Dagiz to Mabamba Swamp, situated 50 km west of Kampala. Along the journey, spot an array of birds such as the Papyrus Gonolek, White-shouldered Tit, Red Cap, Western Banded Snake Eagle, White-winged Warbler, White-spotted Fluftail, and Weyns Weaver.
